Professionally — Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Professionally for any reason, contact us at support@professionally.ai within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Renewals The 30-day guarantee applies to new subscriptions only. Annual subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed. If you wish to cancel before your next renewal, please contact us and we will cancel future billing while maintaining your access through the end of your current paid term.

Monthly Subscriptions Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.

How to Request a Refund Email support@professionally.ai with your account email and order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
